At present, the approved plans show a living area of approximately 35 square metres on the upper floor and a storage area of approximately 35 square metres on the floor below. The owner is applying to the local council for a planning variation to increase the total living area to around 80 square metres. This will be divided into approximately 40 square metres for the kitchen, living room and a bathroom on the ground floor, and a sleeping area – also with a living area of approximately 40 square metres – comprising two bedrooms and a second bathroom on the lower floor.
